Between Troyes and Provins, in Champagne near the river Seine, have a rest in our Maison Nicey  during your professionnal or touristic stay, an  hotel-spa of 23 comfortables rooms.

Shower or bath, in all bathroom you have bathrobe, haidryer and also labeled organic hotel hospitality products.

From 18m2 to 30m2, enjoy to have a rest or work in room unless you use our Space of Coworking.

Only one price including breakfast with a professionnal and friendly service with Laurence and Nevenka, our housekeeper chief. She will enjoy to do her best that your stay will be pleasant.

Breakfast

To start the day in the good mood, enjoy to have breakfast included a warmed drink and some salted or sweet things in fonction of that you want.
Offer to  a collegue or to a friend to have a breakfast in the lounge. The Nicey Lounge opens from Monday to Thursday included from 7am for this moment will start with energy and in the good mood !

Breakfast in the pack with hôtel, that’s the detail that you can send it to us (dowload the document ) just we can filled it together at your arrival :

• A warmed drink : Coffee – Tea – Chocolate
• A cold drink : Tropicana orange juice or flat waterr
• To taste : bread, 2 mini viennoiseries, butter and jam
• Choose 2 products betwenn the list  : cereals, yoghouort from the Farm of M Gillot, a fruit or home made fruits salad, cheese and hamIf you want eggs from the  Farm of M Grandjean  or more product a supplement will be applied.

For the non resident of the hotel :
Enjoy to hve breakfast in the Nicey – Lounge, please booked it. You can order on place.

A small menu is proposed to the customer of the hotel

For your dinner, take opportunities to discover the Nicey Lounge with an authentic and fresh product and discover our local champagnes locaux from Coteaux du Sézannais.
The Nicey Lounge Restaurant is open only to the customer of the hôtel.
For the customer of the hotel, you can pre order your dinner from Monday to Thursday included ( except day off) link to pre order.

Booking condition

To confirm your booking, we will ask you a credit card number. Nothing will be debit frour credit card except if you make a booking on our website for a payment online. The payment are making at your ckeck out. Please ask them for late arrival.

Cancel condition :
For a single room professional stay, you can cancel your booking without  48 hours before your arrival. After this delay, the first night will be charged.
For a double room no professional stay, you can cancel your booking without 72 hours before your arrival. After this delay, the first night will be charged.
